Worst service ever!!!

After hearing all these wonderful ads on radio, I've been fooled into opening an FNB account. I've had endless problems from day one and regret my decision to do so. There was not one thing FNB had done right the first time, without me complaining about it first.

Firstly: On 07/11/2012, I ordered an I-Pad, where I gave a full description of what I want. When it was time to issue to me, which were about a month later, they were out of stock. How can you take an order of what the client wants and not have it in time. I ensured that I place my order timeously as I wanted the I-Pad as a Christmas gift.

Secondly: I've applied for an overdraft facility on my account and I'm still waiting for the overdraft which was approved more than a month ago. This is after I've complained previously and submitted all alleged documents which were outstanding. No confirmation of receipt, no feedback, no follow-up, nothing!!!

I believe that the Bank of Zimbabwe will deliver a better service than FNB... They advertise on radio of all these great products and services they can offer but they do not deliver... It's all empty promises..
