False promises, bad service

On the 7 january i contacted af on.line to see how far the processing of my claim was, the .lady who assited me said a.l.l paper work had been recieved back and payment would be made that friday, friday i checked my bank account only to find no payment had been made. i contacted af online to see what had happend i was informed that they are waiting on my marriage certificate my
question is this? if the information
was outsanding why was i not contated? i was then told it would be sorted out on the 14th january 2013, so again today i phoned only to find that the payment has still not be processed,
i have been offered another job and have been offered af as a pension fund, i will not be accepting af as my pension fund but rather considering a different fund.the service, feedback were poor.in closeing im happy to have the opstion of a fund that is not af online
