Wonga ripping me off with no explanation


I took a loan with Wonga on the 04/03/2013 of R2, 500.00 was deposited on my account and on the 30/03/2013 R400.00 and R2, 630.00 was deposited which equals to R3, 030.00

On the 02/04/2013 debit order R3, 013.37 was Unpaid (sms notification from Wonga was recieved). R100.00 was then deposited between the R3rd and 4th of April 2013 and Debit Order of R3, 013.37 took place. And i received an SMS.

On the 23 April 2013 VVM sent me an SMS alerting that i have an outstanding balance of R280.36 i then called the no VVM they did not give me any explanation instead i was told they would contact Wonga and get back to me of which they did not.

I kept on recieving sms's and during the month of July 2013 "No Payment arrangement has been made on you Wonga finace a/c Contact VVM urgently to avoid legal costs. i called the no 0877401221 and i was told that they will put the acc on hold until the invistigations are done with Wonga. Then a ref e-mail was sent to me.

Now i have started recieving the threatning sms again. I would like the full invistigation done.

I am very unhappy this service.
