Disgusting Service-Unfairly Handed over (Im Mad!!)

I took R2500 on the 06/03/2013 & my bank account was debited on the 28/03/2013 with a total amount of R2975.25, which i thought im done with Wonga Finance. Now apperently my debit date was for the 25/03/2013 but i get paid last day of month. The number & email adress on my application was deactive that was not a stress for me cause my attension is that i paid up my Wonga finance account. My question is why rip off customers for example in my situation, my debit was not successfully on the 25/03/2013 but on the 28/03/2013 they could debit my account which there was enough money, they could just debited the R56 late payment, which i was not aware of now i got an sms on the 23/07/2013 i was handed over to VVM Atthorneys with the amount of R244.08 from R56. What service is this cause if only they debited the R56 on the 28/03/2013 everything could have been perfect cause there was enough cash in my account BUT NO! Wonga Finance decided to make extra money now name is on the drain that is DISGUSTING! The consultant that i spoke to was not helpfull even BRIAN could not even give me the relavant answers not even his surname but he is the manager, Customer service is pathetic
