Incompetent manager gives bad service

On the 20th December 2012 I setteled the amount I was owing. I paid in one of their branches in Dobsonville Mall I was adviced to go to my branch to as a setlement letter which I did and I was adviced at the shop that it was not necesary. On the 14th February I was called by their head office to go to the branch so that the account would be sorted. I went to Jabulani branch and spoke to the manager whom called their call center whilst I was there. She assured me that within 2 weeks I would get a confirming letter that account is not owing. Now I receive a lettersaying I ow them R1397. I need that cleared with the confirmation letter as promised to my email [Email Removed]
