No feedback received, yet promised that I would

I took out a contract during the May 2013. Everything was handled professionally by the branch. In that period (7 days later) I went to the branch and informed them that I do not want to go ahead with the contract, seeing that I did not receive the handset and the fact that I do have a cool off period, it would be in order. The lady at the branch informed me that she would notify their head office. In July I received a statement for two months. I contacted their head office and spoke to Brandon who was very helpful and said that he would have it sorted. He even phoned back and said that a person by the name of Francious Koekemoer would contact me. This never happened and the money was deducted from my account even though I did not have the handset or utilized the mentioned contract. I again had to phone head office and spoke to Athika Mviko who advised me that I have a contract and have to abide by the T&C's. I asked her to speak to a manager as this is not in line with TCF principles nor with the CPA. She said that her Manager, Elize Swart would contact me. I have still not received a call from them. I now hope to get a call from Denzel Rondin...
