Whole week with no electricity connections

On Tuesday they come to my flat, gave my neighbour an electricity bill, but instead of switching his electricity they mistakenly switch of mine, 05/12/2013, Wednesday I called I spoke to Moses who promised they were coming, on Friday I called again and spoke to Someone else who said they is taxes and rate amount of 900 to be paid, I paid the amount and sent the proof, Monday I called again, spoke to Phuti who said he need the proof, I emailed it to him, he took almost 4 hours to get back to me that he need it with letter head, I sent it through after an hour I called Again, someone spoke to Phuti and he said he got the proof have sent a message for reconnection, it'd will take 48 hours, that's was Monday 9/12, today Wednesday and I am still waiting. I had to throw away meat and groceries because they are spoiled, every day I bath with cold water, I can't cook. Just because of their mistake. I went to Laudium branch they just said we can not do anything for you, we also offline.
