Outsurance R400 quote promotion a?

I recently approached Outsurance requesting a quotation for a new vehicle i wanted to insure.
I did receive the quotation which amounted to approximately R1050.

I then approached another three companies, all of which offered me a lower premium to insure the same vehicle. I then replied to the Outsurance sales advisor and informed him that i had in fact found three quotations which were cheaper and he could view them as i had attached all the quotes to the email.

Subsequently, it has been three weeks and i have not heard from the advisor or any representative of Outsurance.

Is the promotion of R400 cash back if they cannot beat your deal a which they are falsly advertising?

I'd appreciate if an Outsurance Representative could respond to this mail and clear up the matter.
