I submitted my insurance quote for the R400 cash back promotion and Outsurance was unable to beat the insurance quote from Regent insurance and i was asked to send the quote as proof, which i did.
Outsurance then replied saying the quote was not older than 24 hours and it doesn't qualify. This was incorrect which i told her (that quotation was older than 7 days), and she hasn't replied ever since with an alternative excuse as to why i don't qualify for the reward advertised.
it has been a whole month.
