I have a nedbank personal loan and was retrenched in November of 2012. i have had retrenchment cover paid out on the loan and i am expected to continue making payments, the only call i get from the call centre is to find out when i am making my next payment despite informing them i am unemployed. Not once was i asked if i can make a minimum payment or if my employment . since then nedbank has run a continuous debit, even two debits for the same account, (which i have never agreed upon) on my bank account. I have called and asked to be placed on manual payment so i can honour a minimum payment with them to no avail. I am now on a mission to remove all my business from nebank including my husbands account and i am planning to move my bond account as well. I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH POOR SERVICE FROM A BANKING INSTITUTION SO MUCH SO THAT I FEEL LIKE COMMON CRIMINAL. i NOT TRYING TO RUN AWAY FROM MY OBLIGATIONS BUT I DO EXPECT SOME COURTESY.
