Standard Bank
Access bond funds availability stopped

I am a customer for the last 26 years.

I have never been in arrears on any instalments.

On 29 November 2012 at 11h20 (ref: Lindiwe) I changed my stop order from the 1st of each month to the 10th of each month. This was no problem for Standard Bank for the first 2 months.

On or about the 15th of February I received an sms stating that I am in arrears with my payment. I contacted the call centre on the same day. I was informed that I had indeed paid and that there is nothing wrong with my account and Standard Bank apologises for this.

On 25 February 2013 I attempted to transfer the access amount on my account and was unable to do so. On 27 February 2013 at 09h18 and spoke to Dianna to establish why the above was not possible. She told me that she would contact the credit dept. and have it sorted, at this point I was put up as a credit risk (slow payer). On 1 March and spoke to Nkotula and repeated the process.

On 23 March still unable to draw money from access. On 23 March, I spoke to Pearl Pshabalala who informed me that nothing was done and must wait till Monday for them to reapply. This is unacceptable service for 2 months I'm sitting with same problem.
