Standard bank customer service does not respond!!!

I emailed Standard Bank stating that I received a letter dated 7 February 2013 about non-payment only on
the 14 March 2013 from Standard bank.

But I have made a payment on the 9th of February 2013 and another amount on the 2 March 2013.

i have mailed the customer service department but still no one has gotten back to me.
Abegail Schultz said she will forward it to the relevantt department. then later in the day another mail from Lilly Setshedi said she will be forwarding my email to the collections department.
I would like to confirm with Standard Bank that my payments were received. Because of their negligence and not following up on my payment i will have a bad credit record!!!
