NEVER EVER USE STD VEHICLE AND ASSET FINANCE!! This must be the most useless bank ever. My debit order was incorrecty loaded as the 22nd instead of the 2nd. I have now been trying for the past 3 months to move my debit order. I have send numerous e-mails to Daphne Bradbury and Tabo Kwenane, and VAF@standardbank, co.za yet nobody care to action my request. This morning they send the debit order through my account, and my cheque account balance is zero. I am stranded in JHB and can not get back to Durban. I phoneed the call centre and there is no manager who I can speak to. SO the call centre tells me it will take 3 days for the debit order to be reversed. In the mean time I am stranded in JHB with my family!!!
This is the kind of service that std give their clients, stay away from them!!!
