Incompetence Standard Bank Vehicle Access Finance

On 27.9.2013 we bought a vehicle and signed a debit order. When payment was due we got an sms saying that our account is in arears and we need to do a manual payment. We did that. We then received a call from someone saying that the debit order would now become effective. I also send a copy of our contract to [Email Removed] asking them to ensure that the debit order would come off and both Lebogan Nkosi and Lynette Arends did not action this. Today we get another sms saying that our account is in arears. My hubby called in and spoke to Ayanda. She said there was a debit order on the system but he must make a manual payment today. He then told her that this needs to be rectified and would like to speak to a supervisor and she cut him off. He then called back and spoke to Thando who also cut him off when he asked to speak to a manager. He then called in again and spoke to Witsoko who also cut him off. What is wrong with Standard Bank VAF, does anyone know whats going on???
