I have submitted my retrenchment letter to Nedbank 3 weeks ago in Southgate mall branch. I was advise to call their head office. Sadly I still did not get through, I am still waiting for the response. I don't know what to do, or how this is going to be resolve. I have submitted all relevant documents but still no response
What frustrate me the most is that they have deducted the instalment on the 23rd and i get paid on the 25th, I ask my self where do i get the money on the 23rd if get paid on the 25th. I truly don't appreciate the service that I am getting from them.
