IGNORING MY RETRENCHMENT

I got retrench in Februarie 2013. I immediately went into the bank with my retrenchment letter becaue there was retrenchment insurance on the loan I took and also to make arrangement for the payments untill the insurance pays out I also e-mailled Capitec to make sure they know about it.

End of February Capitec took the full amount of the loan and not the R500 that we agreed upon. I went into the bank where Capitec head office was phones and they refused to pay the money back into my account because it seems the branch didn't do the're job. Thus the little money I receive from people to assist me and my kids, i'm a single mom with 3 kids who receives no maintenance, was taken because of bad service and communication between the bank's own deparments. Guess what?? This month they took again the full amount!!! Want Februarie and March's money back in my account or else I will be forced to take steps to rectify this. Why did I do the effort and pay extra for insurance and I notify the branch and the head-office just to be told they dont care and they can't assist me because they feel it is not there fault. Will also contact the ombudsman if this is not resolved.
