In Ocober 2012 I took a loan of R80 000 at Real People n installment R2900. From 80 000 they directly paid my loan at Capitec R19 524, 55 the R65 378, 09 was paidd in my bank account. I received sms from real people that my montly installment is R4458 immediately I called Mosinki to cancel the loan and reverse all the money he said I have to come to the branch which I did but was not helped. I went to my bank and asked them to reverse/pay back all the money to real people whiich they did.
My problem is that real people say capitec did not pay back the R19 524, 55. I have called the useless call centre everyday n I get a different answer everyday n each day I have to start the stpory from the begining I have faxed proof but when I call nobody has received the fax, I went back to the branch but still no help. I took the proof to the branch till today the answer I get is I'm still waiting for head office top respond.
I'm rejected if I apply for credit or for a loan because of them. I'm suffering and I don't owe them a cent.
please rectify this mistake ASAP and clear my name at credit bereau from October 2012 until today.
