NO RESPONSE AFTER

Standard bank has failed to respond after and has occurred on my accounts. Someone in Standard bank is issuing cards to criminals who are withdrawing large sums of money from my accounts. After rapporting the various times and cancelling the cards, and trying to get a response, the continues and new cards are just issued to the criminals. If you try and phone the division, you hold on for hours and are then disconnected. No-one has come back to us after several weeks of this happening. Meanwhile we are charged fees for overdrawn accounts! Whereas this is Standard banks fault!!!
Can someone from Standard bank please respond?!!!
