I reported my cards lost on the 3rd of January 2013, today is the 16th of January and I have still not heard anything about my replacement cards. When I initially asked about the replacement time for these cards I was told 5 to 7 working days. Today is the 9th day.

I called card division earliar today only to find out it was delivered to my bank of choice on the 7th of January.
Was I ever going to be notified?
