I recently ordered Japanese Yen from the Benoni branch. When I went there, I mentioned that I was also looking for Singaporean Dollars. The consultant that I was dealing with offered to order them for me, as he had done for my yen. I declined his offer and said I didn't want to wait. I paid for my currency and left. About half an hour later he called me, informing me that they had just received some Singapore Dollars and would hold them for me until I could come and collect them. This consultant, whose name, I regret I do not know, went above what was expected to ensure customer satisfaction and I think he is an asset to the company.
