Thai Baht Card Expired twice whilst on holiday

I recently went on a trip to Thailand. I obtained a Thai Baht Card from Bidvest Bank Windermere Centre. on my fourth day of my trip i tried to withdraw money from my account and was told that my card was expired. I called Bidvest from my hotel only to find out that they could not get hold of me to confirm my transactions and they suspended my card. I was then told i had 150 baht in my account by the consultant, i argued with him about this then he realised that he reads the system differently to me, so how was i supposed to know that. During my second week in thailand my card was expired again. So i would like to complain about the following:
- I was not told by the consultant who assisted me in getting my card that i needed to put contact details of a number in Thailand where they can get hold of me in Thailand (i dont know how i was supposed to do this as i had never been there before and i had no roaming on my cell phone);
- I have to date not received one email confiming my transactions in Thailand, although i supplied the reight email address;
I would like to be reimbursed of my R621 hotel bill by Bidvest due to their lack of diligence and care taken with my account asap.
