I have been banking with Bidvest for about 3 years now but there has been a recent change of staff there and thing went from good to extremly horrible, banking is something most of us business people do first thing because is the shortest process of them all but with Bidvest is the most longest i do for the day. The tellers there will put my employee on the chair while helping people who came after them, is it because he only bring a couple of thousand rands while others bring dollars? if this is the case please help us those who only bring rands that dollars with a branch of our own because at sunnypark its a differnt story. i dnt know wheather the current staff at bidvest wants to prove a point to us that they are better that the old staff that was there or not, because on of the tellers once told me that" if the previous staff was dong favours for you, we are not them" i mean what does that tell you as customer? if the organisation has some sort of internal politics we as customers are not suppose to be the victims. we are there for a proper service, nothing else.!!! Management please help with these matter, is not good for business.
