I jus used bidvest at the airport to send a money and the gentleman serving me was particularly rude, didn't understand english and insisted on speaking to me in vernacular at an international airport. He argued with me all through and was very rude. Wat a welcome to foreign people at the doorstep of the airport. This man had no nametag and blatantly refused to give me his name. If this is how bidvest operates then they've lost quite a number of clients as this is disgusting to say the least.
