This is my 2nd complaint I have to log for fnb on hello peter! I switched to fnb january 2013 and applied for a iphone5 which they promised me various times the courier will contact me to arrange delivery! This stays empty promises and I am on the point where I think I should close my account at fnb and go back to my old bank! I am also waiting for my petrol cards for 3 months now! That is pathetic!
