I phoned Autopage on 28 Feb 2013 regarding a laptop contract, at first they where helpful with excellent service, Mildred told me that someone will phone me to confirm the delivery address & it will be delivered to me on Wednesday or Thursday, 6/7 March. On Wednesday I called again as no one confirmed the address as yet, I was then told that the guy is on sick leave and she apologized that no one phoned me to tell me there will be a delay, then she said they where out of stock but will receive stock "this afternoon or tomorrow morning" Today is the 11th of March and no one phoned me as yet, I phoned again this morning, Mildred was still on her way will be there in 6 min, I told the guy what happened and he said I must speak to her about the poor service because it is not acceptable and took my details for her to phone me back. I phoned back 15 minutes later and she was busy, I then asked the lady if she can maybe help me, gave my id number, she puts me through to someone else, to someone else, so I went from 1 person to the other then back to the beginning where I then selected complains, even the "manager" putted through to someone else after I gave her my complain! ON MY ACCOUNT!!
