DATA SIM CARD NOT ACTIVATED

Monday March 25 I applied for a 2GB data contract. Timothy promised me it would be ready the next day and that he would give me a call. No such thing happened. So I went back to the shop on Wednesday March 27. A collegue of Timothy checked it, said it was still in process and that it woul be ready by tomorrow Thursday. They would call me. No such thing happened. When i called myself on Saturday March 30, a nice gentlemen told me he would figure it out and would call me back. Guess what, he did! With the message that the contract was ready and that I could come to the shop to collect the SIM. So I did. A nice lady helped me and told me that the SIm would be activated within 24 hours. No such thing happened. A little bit disappointed I went back to the shop on Sunday, March 31 where I had the pleasure to meet Timothy again. He looked in to it and filed a REQ with nr. 1951990. He promised me that the SIM would be activated within the hour. No such thing happened. So I went again to the shop on Monday, April 1. Timothy promised he would take care of it and promised to give me a call today April, 2. Guess what, no such thing happened. HELP, I'm getting desperate. No activation yet.
