18 March 2013 - Problem resolved but return to same error- problem of ID number capture under Passport number.
19 March 2013 - Problem resolved - Sicelo promise to call before close of business as to report feed on recapture. No CALL!!!
20 march 2013 - 08H30 - I call Sicelo - Guarentees that matter will be resolved @ close of business today.
14h00 - Sicelo calls - Cannot capture - No power @ sales centre and he will be leaving @ 3pm.
I have a bond, 2 insurance policies, a credit card, a cheque account and a garage card with Standard bank.
You need to know that this is how you treat a goo, up standing customer.
