HOME LOAN APPLICATION DECLINE! REASON UNKNOWN

On the 22/02/13, my Wife and i applied for additional HL = R65000. Called in & the consultant said we qualify.
On the 25/02/13, we officilly appied throught the call centre & the consultant informed that we qualify for R400000 as our current registered bond is for R320000 & our property value was Over R700000.
We submitted required documents - ref # 004358879.

On 12/03/13 i contacted the call centre, spoke to Nunku, who informed me that our application was DECLINED? Reason, she enquired if i had stood surity for a person by the name of "Macher". Which i responed NO! & have no idea what she was talking about.. Placed me on hold for a few minutes, and then informed that she had spoken to her supervisor & they will investigate the matter.

Not happy, i called back and spoke to another consultant, herreason, the way i managed my Bond account and that i should re- apply.

Applied again (Ref#: 004372304) and the cosultant informed me that i was declined again. I immediately did and iTC check and it was clear. She transfered me to customer service.

This consultant said it was the way i managed my Bond acc, but could pick up one missed payment (via debit order). They will inverstigate
