150 years of bad service (No support for clients)

I have had a personal account with STD bank for over 15 years & in 2010 I opened a business account with them. On 20 March 2013 I made an application for a 2nd bond for R200, 000.00 for my business in my personal capacity, was only told on 13 April 2013 that my application was declined. The banker advised me to make an application for a loan as a business which would increase chances of approval. I had to submit my financials which had to be audited & I had to pay for such & submitted same. Only on 17 May 2013 I was told that they want me to obtain 12 months projections from an auditor which i got & also had to pay for which I also submited, today the 31 May 2013 was told they want my business plan. Does it have to take them two months to decide whether to approve a loan or not. They keep on asking for more documents one after the other which to me is clearly an indication that they are trying to find every excuse in the book to decline my application. I am going to close all my four accounts with STD bank, it doesn't care a bit about my needs as a client yet i am paying monthly charges, for what? What an excuse for a bank, 150 yrs of what..? Capitec will overtake you beware
