Yesterday I contact the call centre regarding my cheque account, and spoke to one of your call centre consultants by the name of Abigail at 3:08pm
Yesterday I checked on my internet banking account and saw that, On the 16 March an amount of R1300 was withdrawn from my account at 4:53.
I never withdrew money from my cheque account on the 16 of March especially of that amount, and although I have an overdraft which I never use I did not withdrew that money and never received an sms notification of the amount being taken out of my account.
When I called your call centre I was informed that it was a technical error and that the issue would be sorted out and that my account will be back to normal, today I checked again and its not sorted.
I would like to know in writing when this matter will be sorted out, and if it will be sorted out before the 31 as I do not want that money to be taken off my salary when I get paid.
