FRIDAY 15TH MARCH 2013. A COMPANY TRUCK THAT WAS HIRED TO DELIVER EQUIPMENT TOOK OUT MY WALL, COLUMN, REMOTE GATE, MOTOR, LIGHT & TAP. THIS HAS SERIOUSLY COMPROMISED MY SECURITY.
OWNER OF THE TRUCK CO IS INSURED WITH OUTSURANCE- HE SUPPLIED US WITH THE CLAIM NO. ALL WE HAD TO DO WAS SEND W/L AC & PICS-DONE. EMAILED TO newliabilityclaims [Email Removed] I STATED THE SECURITY FOR THE PROPERTY IS COMPROMISED. ICALLED THE EMERGENCY CLAIM NO ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT CLAIM SECTOR IS ONLY OPEN MON-FRI 8-5PM?
A NO OF EMAILS, FOLLOW UP CALLS & PROMISES OF AN ACCESSOR HAS NOT MATERIALISED.
LONG WEEK-END IS HERE & STILL NO FURTHER.
HAS SOMEONE LEANED SO FAR BACK THEY FELL OFF THEIR CHAIR AS I DONT SEE ANYONE ASSSITING.
SO MUCH FOR THE ADVERTS - SHOCKING SERVICE.-I WANT MY PROPERTY SECURE AGAIN.
I DONT SLEEP. EVERY TIME THE DOG BARKS I AM UP. MY AREA HAS HAD SOME VIOLET CRIMES &BREAK IN'S OF LATE - NOT THAT OUTSURANCE GIVES A HOOT.
AMAZING THAT COMPANIES WANT THEIR PREMIUMS ON TIME YET WHEN SERVICE COMES - THEY HAVE NO TIME?
WHEN IS MY PROPERTY GOING TO BE SORTED OUT???
