DISGUSTING, HORRENDOUS SERVICE! OMF LOANS!

On 15th Feb, I advised Old Mutual that i have resigned from my job and will be starting a new job 1 March 2013. My debit order was set to run on the 20th February and I advised them on the 15 already to change this date to the end of the month. I was told it would be done. On the 18th, I followed up with regards to my query and to my amazement, it still wasn't done! I then needed to send a letter from my HR dept. to confirm that I will receive my salary on the last day of the month! The 20th comes, THE DEBIT ORDER GOES OFF MY BANK ACCOUNT! After lodging a formal complaint with Valencia Naidoo in the complaints dept. I was told the matter is resolved and the debit order will run the 28th... NO FRIGGIN WAYS! On the 27th I receive a SMS from OMF saying my payment was denied (THIS AFTER I TOLD THESE INCOMPETENT FOOLS THAT I GET PAID THE LAST DAY OF THE MONTH). The debit order went off on 28th Feb again, this time successful, only for me to get a call from Kuilsriver branch this morning that my account is 1month BEHIND! I have thus lodged a complaint against OMF at the NCR! I WANT THIS SORTED OUT!!! [PREFERABLY BY SOMEBODY COMPETENT TO DO THE JOB]! I WILL TAKE THIS MATTER FURTHER!
