Nashua Mobile
Poor Service / Non Delivery

A new contract was concluded on the 16 October 2012 and device collected on the 27 October 2012. The port for retention of the current cell no was only processed on the 03 November 2012, thereafter continuous problems were experienced with the battery, whereby the phone would be charged more than three occasions and will still die (no battery life). The device was taken to Nashua Mobile on the 7th of November 2012, 28th November 2012, 04 December 2012 and again 04 January 2013. In all instances I was advised that the device is being sent for repairs and did not have the privilege of a courtesy phone. I have been debited from the onset for this device and have been without a device No Service to Me. Why do I have to pay for the service when the device is not in my possession, what's the compensation for this incompetence. Initial compliant was forwarded on the 13 December 2012 and again on the 04 January 2013 I had to contact your offices in Johannesburg on numerous occasions and finally received an acknowledgement of my compliant on the 21 January 2013 and an update advising that the device is with the Technical Department. Iam most frustrated with this Service.
