I have sent you my application and supporting documents on on Monday 18 March to Denise Rose, Ignatia Mashigo as well as the [Email Removed] email address.
A call centre consultant (Thabiseng Mazibuko) has confirmed receipt of these emails on the [Email Removed] but you have failed to load my application and provide feedback on the loan. Nothing has been done since submission, the application is not even open.

On your website you as FNB undertake, amongst others, to do the following:
- ensure you are satisfied with our service.
-Demonstrate a sense of urgency in our dealings with you.
-Communicate with you in a clear, respectful and easy-to-understand manner and
-Display a willingness to address your concerns.
-Keep you updated on the progress of any application, request or query.
-Acknowledge receipt of your letter or email within 24 hours

None of which have proven true since my engagement with you since Friday 15 March.

Tell "Steve" he must give me a call and I will tell hom what "Beep" banks actually offers. They offer SERVICE, something which FNB does not seem to regard as important.
