What was supposed to be a quick online application, has now taken days and many phone calls with me being pushed from pillar to post - sorry, please talk to this department - I'll put you through. They give me the number so I can call back and I get passed along again. All this to find out why the credit card application was declined even though my transunion credit report is clean. In the email declining the card application, they tell you to call a number but they pass you along. Why not put the right number in the email then? They even told me to email a department and then that email address doesn't work! Frustrating...

I suppose I should have learnt after they lost my home loan application 2.5 years ago when I was dealing face to face with them in EL!

I have now emailed another address hoping for some response.
