I was contacted by Ashveer Rughubeer for a personal loan. A telephonic application was done and he said that there is a 48 hr cooling off period and that he will sms or email the contract details. The next day i heard nothing from him and i decided to cancel the loan by sending him an email on the ronncommunications email address that he first replied to me. The same day, i received an sms requesting my supporting documents, with an email address, [Email Removed] the same contact details, 0117814154.I send an email to the specific email address to cancel, to date received no reply from either. I contacted, Mr Rughubeer, on 0781985716, on the 13/11/2013 at 09H00.The person who picked his phone up said that he was answering on behalf of Mr Rughubeer. I told him my name and that i wanted to cancel my loan application. He wanted to know why and i said that i am not interested anymore. He then said that i must contact their Head office to cancel. I phoned the nr 0117814154.To date, several emails and phone calls, no reply. I went onto Mzansi loans website, send them an email and it returned as failed.
