I had the same experience of where i had to fax through my stuff today, they are a bunch of liars. I tried getting hold of whats happening with my application and they just keep saying wait for the sms. they are pathetic and are sickening. to falsely advertise like that is a crime.
i want a manager to contact me. for goodness sake this is putrid! I AM A HOMECHOICE CUSTOMER FOR ALMOST TWO YEARS, AND NEVER EVER SKIPPED A PAYMENT.
