CREDIT CARD STILL NOT RECEIVED

I am still waiting for someone to call me to arrange delivery of my FNB credit card, I have been waiting since the 15th of December, I have called in several times with promises that someone will call me to arrange delivery, still no call, I wrote into Hello Peter once, no feedback, I posted on CALL ME on the FNB website twice as well for SOMEONE, ANYONE to get back to me with this regard.

I am not too impressed with having to beg for my cards, nevermind the fact that I have to go out my way as well to get my E-Bucks card 40KM away from where I opened my bank account... It's ridiculous.
