In May 2013, I approached legalwise for assistance. I dealt with Belinda Mogale, who assured me that they would be working on the case. I did not receive any feedback from her. I called the offices a couple of times with no response from her. I eventually went to the offices to try and get hold of her. She then told me that she did not get a response from the other party... which I found unacceptable. She had not conducted any follow-ups. To date (3 months later) I still have not had a response from her.
I have been paying Legalwise for many years, with no claims before this.
