I am disappointed about the level of competence Legalwise has when it comes to solving their clients' cases. In March 2012 My vehicle was damaged on the a shopping mall parking and I took this case to Legalwise in order to claim the damages because I saw the person who damaged my vehicle and we went to the police station for an AR report which he also wrote an affidavit that he will pay the damages.

After having problems with the insurance of the person who damaged my car, I contacted Legalwise and they referred me to an Attorney who then never took the matter professionally himself even today (after a year) the attorney don't even respond to my enquiry about the status of my case.

I contact Xolani Masango via an email and never got response, and then I phoned him to request a change of Attorney instead he gives me a number to phone 011-246-2400 for that request which I did and the gentlemen who helped me did not find this case " XM/61551/TS" on the system and told me that he will get Xolani to phone me back and up to this day I am still waiting.

What kind of service should we expect from Legalwise after having to pay premiums for years, really now.
