I opened a case with Legalwise Florida on August 2011 and up to now I've never recieved any concrete feedback from my legal advicer, Instead I got an attitude and he exchanged words with me and was very rude when I ask about feedback and what he has done with the case up to this far. My dispute is about my billing with my municipality account. I feel Xolani hasn't done anything and go that extra mile to try and resolve the case, instead he sent postal mails to customer service to respond within 7 days. How many 7 days can you give a person between 2011 up to now? Xolani told me straight that he can not perform miracles when I mentioned that as a paying customer I expect him to do what I can not do and surely calling customer service that I can do. He said "you don't pay me you are paying legalwise and if you were paying me then offer me an increase". The guy doesn't value his job and doesn't have customer service, Legalwise will loose more clients through him and his attitude. My case is still not resolved and right now I don't want him dealing with my case anymore. I am not a happy client and surely I won't recommend Legalwise to anyone as this is a 2nd time I've been dissatisfied
