In January 2013 I approached legalwise to attend to a matter to re-coup monies I paid to a contractor who had not provided the goods promised.
After following the process the Benoni Branch referred me to Legalwise Affilicated attorneys to handle the matter.
After meeting with these attorneys end of March they sat on the matter for over a month and did not action it. In the interim the contractor has filed for liquidation, goodbye money.
I contacted Legalwise head office to complain about the poor service, spoke to Caroline on 10/6/2013 who promised she would investigate and get back to me on 13/6/2013, this never happened.
The same day I contacted the affiliated attorney and left a message, no response.
Today 24/6/2013 they are not available again.
Given the don't care attitude from legalwise I can not recommend this service provider at all. The affiliated attorneys are sub standard.
Save your money and rather use a better quality service.
