It is very concerning a company that is meant to be one of the top insurance brokers has a rule when changing a policy banking details of that client is removed. This makes no sense to me. I changed my policy in Jan and received a letter in Mar with an outstanding amount whilst i was under the impression that all was being debited on a monthly basis. When calling Liberty I was absolutely shocked with the lack of customer service to try and get this resolved. Promises were broken, very laxy dazy attitude and not once did Liberty call me back during the day to appease me and get this sorted. I cant even start the debit order again as low and behold no one knows how much my policy is. I signed a contract for 309.99 and received a contract for 490. Yet when in contact with Liberty it seemed as if I should just lay back and wait on them to fix this minor error. My last correspondence sent at 2:12 when responding to an email with a few queries and have received no response. Please can someone urgently get this sorted or would you prefer I go somewhere else.
