Fantastic Service From Sonia Taylor at Standard Ba

My recent experience with banks was, well not of an entirely pleasant nature. I decided to move away from my current service provider and try out Standard bank as my business bank.

I called the helpline, requested a call back and within 30 minutes Sonia Taylor called me an setup a meeting for the following week.

I got my times mixed up and arrived 30 late. Sonia welcomed me with a friendly greeting and said that unfortunately due her schedule we will have to reschedule for the next day. We still had about 20 minutes which Sonia used to inform me about the product and their offerings.

I left looking forward to our next meeting.

The next day I arrived at the bank and was once again welcomed by a very friendly Sonia.

We ran through the process swiftly and efficiently, with Sonia explaining everything step by step.

In less than an hour my account was setup, card activated, internet banking setup and even the Online Pastel Business Accounting was setup.

Regardless of the efficiency, I would really like to compliment Sonia on her fantastic service and amazing attitude, it is probably the best service which I have ever received from any bank!
