Tickets for Justin Bieber were purchased from an employee of the above company and paid for in cash. Copies of the tickets from Big Concert were issued. The Manager/salesperson Sonia Pontes the funds and absconded her position at the company. When enquiring about the tickets i was asked to email copies of tickets and invoice to Hayley at the office and all tickets would be replaced due to the and duplicates of tickets. After numerous attempts to collect tickets i was then told that i would not be issues with the tickets or the funds. I then got told by a third party whom got refered by me to the company that they would not be issued tickets either and that they should as me for the funds for i know the salesperson and i am guilty by association. I have lost an amount of R5800.00. He also has told numerous victims that they are to lay charges against Sonia. What about charges against the company? I as a consumer should be protected by the consumer act along with all the other people that have been taken for a ride by Sonia as well as Pedro. For he just shifts the blame onto his staff. He should be insured for this type of or. What does one do now??
