I write on behalf of my 82 year old mother who does not have access to the internet or a computer. She has been a subscriber of the Sunday Times for many, many years and still has problems with delivery on a regular basis. Almost every Sunday she has to waste time and phone calls calling to find out where her newspaper is. Surely this cannot be difficult. How many times does a person have to phone about the same complaint? Please have this remedied immediately, this is unacceptable service.
Her name is Sonia Witz - subscriber no 1011324

Yours sincerely
Marcelle Singer on behalf of Sonia Witz
