I joined Miway at the en of Septeber this year. They were very lovely over the phone, but when push came to shove, disaster struck!!! I had an accident on 24 October. Today is 13 December and my claim has still not been finalised!!!

I had to request all documents from the bank on their behalf, Settlement letter and HP agreement. I had to follow up with them each time to hear what was going on with my claim. I had asked the matter to be referred to a manager twice, before I reached Sonia, (however frustrating the last couple of weeks have been) is still better than the weeks before.

They never gave me the option during the sales call to take the additional shortfall cover. I listened to the calls and Sonia did as well. Never was the option given to me.

Now there is still an amount outstanding with the bank, which I am "liable" for. They have acknowledged their mistake but still keep on DRAGGING THEIR FEET. Meanwhile, I am left to pay for their negligence.

Very very unhappy and will NEVER EVER deal with these guys again in my life!
