Write on behalf of my 82 year old mother who does not have access to the internet or a computer. She has been a subscriber of The Citizen for many, many years and still has problems with delivery on a regular basis. At least once a week and sometimes more often, every week she has to waste time and phone calls calling to find out where her newspaper is. Surely this cannot be difficult. How many times does a person have to phone about the same complaint? Please have this remedied immediately, this is unacceptable service.
