I reported this matter last month, but still today there is no response. I have to phone Hollard and the only thing they will tell me. The matter is with the assessor and the assessor will phone you back. when they debit on my account i dont have to phone them, but when they have to pay you have to beg and they really dont think for other people, they are just running a business. i joined them for time in need but no i was wrong. Isent them documents and i had to phone them and only then they told me my ID copy is not clear obviously if i had not called them, they would have bothered to call me. is this the service you give your clients, but when you advertise you are the best.
