I got a call from unknown, who asked me for my Id number. When I replied in regards of what They just go on and say please confirm your Id please and if I asked for what they just said just confirm it. So I thought it is market related an I asked FNB about 20 times do not phone me for market related products because I just gonna put the phone down. If they can not tell me with regards what they phone me do not phone me. I did that and they phoned back and only asked for my Id number an do not want to tell me anything. What of client service is that, the most tererible i have experienced in my whole life;do not want to said in regards of what they are calling just want to know what is my ID. It could be an Hoax or Internet. Now I got an sms that says my card is cancelled. Thank you fnb maybe we should leave it like that and I will move to Nedbank in the next 2 months. Youre staff is really making me looking for onother bank, because client service in your company is non existing.
